1 or 2 handfuls of spring mix greens (the salad with green and purple leaves with different shapes)
1 apple (preferably green, stay away from YELLOW)
1 handful of chickpeas (or any beans really, gotta get your protein in there)
2 spoonfuls of sunflower seeds (or whatever seeds/nuts are available. If walnuts are an option USE THOSE)
2 spoonfuls of craisins (or raisins)
Balsamic Vinaigrette (click link for instructions)
Chop your apple into thin slices (use that sharp knife that you brought with you.) Once all your salad stuff is in a bowl/plate, drizzle salad dressing over and toss. Fucking delicious.
Note: If you want some real protein in your salad, check out the buffet line for any chicken breast dishes that don’t involve too much sauce. Scrape that nasty sauce off the chicken (or keep it if your into that) and slice it into strips to top off your salad.
