If you could really go for some jalapeño poppers right now, make this sandwich.
2 slices of bread
2 slices of cheddar
as many pickled or fresh jalapeño peppers as you can handle (if they are whole, make sure to slice them)
Place a slice of cheddar on each slice of bread. Spread the cream cheese on one of the sides and arrange the jalapeños on top. Close your sandwich and place in the panini maker. If you are making this through the grill station, skip the cream cheese and simply ask your friendly grill master to put these lovely jalapeños that you brought into a cheddar grilled cheese.
Note: You can skip the cream cheese altogether if you want to get rid of some extra calories, but an authentic jalapeño popper has both cream cheese and cheddar.
